全中運高女組三級跳，最終由地主惠文高三的賴慧庭以12公尺25摘金，高二才接觸三級跳的她練不到2年就跳到這個成績，賴慧庭說，自己起步晚因此比別人更加努力外，她也向目前國內「三級跳女神」洪珮寧學習，希望自己有朝一日也能追上她。

過去練跳遠，卻始終沒能拿出好成績，賴慧庭在高二毅然轉練三級跳，她認為自己能在2年內就跳超過12公尺，最大關鍵就是自己「傻傻地練」，「我不想要留下任何遺憾，我已經比別人少練好幾年，所以應該要比別人更努力，老師要我做什麼我就會用最高的強度去完成，希望能早點追上別人。」

在全中運摘金，是賴慧庭一直以來的夢想，終於在高三這一年完成，只是成績未能突破自己的最佳12公尺27，「其實原本打算拚亞青12公尺8達標，因為這是我第一次距離國際賽成績這麼近，不過還是有段落差，所以等我大學技術更加成熟穩定後，我會想再繼續挑戰國際賽標準。」

目前我國國內女子三級跳，當以在全大運完成5連霸，並在106年全大運中以13公尺48躋身歷年第二傑的洪珮寧為佼佼者，「她算是我的憧憬，」賴慧庭說，「我平時都會看她比賽的影片來學習，因為她的動作是目前國內水平最高的，甚至超越男子組，老師也一直跟我說可以向她學習，對我來說她就是偶像的存在，若有機會見到她就會很開心！」
